Over at AJJ Welding & Fabrication we offer MIG, TIG & Arc Welding. We can weld Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Pipe Work. We also offer various welding repairs and are happy to carryout site work.
We manufacture stock and bespoke Brackets for the awning industry, we have a range of stock spreader brackets Adjustable Standoff or pipe brackets and adjustable Gutter brackets all tested and certificated.


Our brackets have slotted holes for a more secure fixing and giving extra adjustment, we also offer a marking Jig for ease of marking the holes.
We use various materials depending on the size of awning from 50x25x3 steel for small awnings with 10mm plate drilled and tapped to suit M10 bolts to 60mmx40mmx4mm Steel box section with 12mm plate drilled and tapped for M10.
All our brackets are available in Mild steel zinc coated and powder coated or in 304 Stainless Steel powder coated to suit the installation (Stainless Steel made to order only).

Gutter brackets are made from rectangular Steel Box section, and they come in various dimensions and are adjustable to certain sizes, we can however make bespoke brackets out of any size materials required.
Goal posts are normally 100mmx100mmx4mm but we can use alternative sizes if specified, we can make brackets for specialist installations either from a supplied design or we can help in the design.
All of our brackets are Zinc Phosphate Coated prior to powder coating this gives a better adhesion for the powder coating and also creates a highly efficient rust inhibitor.
